Kehityspiikki Yhtiöt is an organization specializing in leadership, guidance and helping individuals in a state of change.
We promote participation and functional methods of working without forgetting the theoretical structures. The staff of the company consists of 18 consultants, educators and other co-workers. Depending on the service, our range covers all of Finland.
Our clients consist of workers at the public administration, organizations, companies and different secondary grammar schools. Every year approx. 350 persons are participating in our courses or group projects. We have approx. 27000 student seminar days. We also act as educators in long courses provided by different secondary grammar schools. Every year we arrange approx. 30 tutor courses (labour-market policy educational or in other ways).
Kehityspiikki Oy was founded 1997 as a division of development for the organizations. During the first few years, the company planned and implemented demanding courses and furthermore prepared reports and polls. Our clientele has also consisted of over 80 Finnish organizations, from younger to more mature, from the army to collaboration with development work, social-and healthcare to athletics and from labor unions to cultural organizations. We have also participated in management educations, strategical consulting and the development of social matters and volunteering.
In the beginning of the century, the company expanded, involving development of the staff of companies and public societies. Furthermore we have been consulting with the Finnish food industry, banks and producers of public services. We also offer our clients: management coaching, management developing, work consultation, different development projects and polls. Ever since the company was founded, we have been participating in the education of the aftercare for the children's aid society and in the fields of preventing substance abuse. Besides our versatile and solid knowledge within the company, our strength also includes a wide cooperative network of experience.
In 2009 our organization reorganized and three affiliated companies were founded: Kehityspiikki Koulutus Oy (among other things: guidance studying, work preparation, ADP courses, first aid courses, courses in association to preventing substance abuse), Kehityspiikki Consulting Oy (work consultation, management coaching and preparation, LATURI-work community preparation, MENTOREX, Yhteisödynamo, consultations in conflicts and different development projects), Kehityspiikki Tutkimus Oy (calculating research). Despite the changes in the structure, the company retains the service and the business with it's clients and the partners, whereas Kehityspiikki Oy is concentrating in the marketing and tutor service.
